The interior design team of BBGM from New York and the Minneapolis firm StudioHive created the exciting lobby, the club room, and fifth floor spa and fitness area. The designers wanted The Carlyle to feel like a metropolitan haven inspired by the grandeur of early 20th century Manhattan.

The Carlyle is on schedule for the first homeowners in 2006. Sheehy also addressed the crowd with his enthusiastic support for The Carlyle residents who will join the more than 29,000 Minneapolitans living downtown. Minneapolis City Council Member Lisa Goodman of the 7th Ward was also lauded for her tireless help and support.
